About the Role
We're seeking a Large Loss Construction Project Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish, coordinating trades, managing timelines, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for homeowners recovering from property damage.
You’ll serve as a key liaison between Spartan, our subcontractors, and our customers, making sure every job is done right, on time, and with the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee construction and reconstruction projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality work.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents.
  • Manage project schedules, material orders, and job documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding selections, job progress, change orders, and walkthroughs.
  • Ensure compliance with local permitting and inspection processes.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve delays as they arise.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to both customers and internal management.
What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in construction, remodeling, or restoration (residential preferred).
  • Ability to read blueprints, truss drawings, and engineering specs.
  • Familiarity with county permitting and inspection processes.
  • Strong scheduling, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable performing on-site quality control inspections.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
